have you put a new fuser in?

There is a reset thermal fuse underneath the top cover.

1 remove the fuser top cover
2 locate the thermal fuse
3 make a bridge between the terminals of the thermal fuse
4 run a copy
5 remove the bridge
6 replace the top cover
7 done
