Xerox DC 252 decurler out jam 012-101

Hello All,

I am currently having an issue with the Light Production Finisher on a Xerox DC 252. I am getting a jam @ the Decurler out position error code 012-101. There is no blockage in the paper path, all gears and clutches seem to be functional. I do not have schematics for this specific finisher.

Anyone have experience with this ?
