    xerox color 560 error code 117-325

    Hello mates,I really need help on this one here, client machine shows error code 117-325 after changing nvm pwb,checked Edoc and searchlite, the error doesn't exist, maybe my bus snap is very old ,I have No idea ,aNY help will be greatly appreciated.

    Found this in searchlite

    After replacing ESS NVM, FC 117-325 displayed (after serial number sync). The fault cannot be cleared by any action (see ET 1256824).A second NVM has the same problem! In both cases fitted the original NVM and machine works fine.With both NVM the time displayed on the UI was 1/1/2015 01.00 (clock
    advances).

    Updated the machine software from 55.40.21 to 55.40.61 (with the original NVM
    fitted) then install the third ESS NVM module and the machine (after serial
    number sync) boots up in "install mode" asking for language, units, time etc.
    The machine works fine now.



    All ESS NVM modules contains a date stamp 130913 and Part. no 101K60793
