    Where does it physically jam?
    There are many sensors here and it just reports back the error code of the first jammed / set on sensor. it can be slipping on picking up paper and the timeing is thrown out, it can be the inverter gate, the fuser just about anything at the moment.

    Post 2nd BTR Sensor On JAM

    • Turn the power OFF then ON.
    • Remove the foreign substances on the paper transport path.

    Execute dC330 [077-009 Registration Motor: 220mm/s].
    The Registration Roll ( PL 4.4) turns. Yes No Unanswered
    Check the gears in the Registration Transport ( PL 4.4) for damage.
    If OK, go to BSD 8.9 Registration Drive and troubleshoot the Registration Motor circuit.


    Check the condition of the Transfer Belt.
    The belt is undamaged and installed correctly. Yes No Unanswered
    Reinstall/adjust/replace the Transfer Belt ( PL 7.3).


    The fed sheet of paper is stuck to the IBT belt. Yes No Unanswered
    Remove the paper. If the problem returns, check the installation of the 2nd BTR.


    Enter dC330 [042-018 IBT Steering Motor (CW) Low Current].
    The IBT Steering Motor comes ON. Yes No Unanswered
    Go to OF 99-9 and troubleshoot the IBT Steering Motor, BSD 9.19 - Transfer Belt Steering Control ( PL 7.4).


    Select [042-200 Belt Home Position Sensor].
    The IBT Belt Home position can be detected. Yes No Unanswered
    Go to OF 99-1 and troubleshoot the Transfer Belt Home Sensor, BSD 9.20 - Transfer Belt Position Monitoring ( PL 7.5).


    Select [094-202 Post 2nd BTR Sensor]. Place paper in front of the Post 2nd BTR Sensor.
    The display changes. Yes No Unanswered
    Go to OF 99-1 and troubleshoot the Post 2nd BTR Sensor BSD 9.28 - 2nd Transfer and Cleaning (3 of 3) ( PL 7.9).


    Replace the MCU PWB ( PL 11.1).
