Xerox docucolor 12-color correction

Friends,

I have a XEROX Docucolor 12 with Fieryx12,

The colors are all wrong, how do i color correct?

All my colors are generally poor, how do i improve color quality?

Recently i changed my Drum, put in a new Drum.

Will changing Developers Help?

Yes the colors are incorrect, in both the test pages and through the scanner.

I was told to go through the Fiery x12 color calibration. For that i need the Kodak Grey scale strip.

I just now ordered it, going to try that, once it arrives.

I am not sure whether any other parts needs to be replaced.
