I have a Xerox DC240 which has started smudging when printing the black, it seems to only do it on one side of the printed image.
All the other colours seem ok, only the black has this problem. We have tried printing on many paper stock weights but they all seem
to suffer the same problem. The smudging is almost like a shadow around the black printed solid making the image look dirty and not
sharpe. Any help please !!
