I have a 250 family machine that is printing well, except the image isn't QUITE square. By this I mean, if on an 11x17 sheet you print a rectangle that fills the print area, 10.5 x 16.5, it is slightly distorted /angled on one of the short edges... This started happening with this machine suddenly, and I always use only one brand of paper in it, so I'm pretty sure something got out of whack electronically. (It doesn't appear to be the paper physically slipping or anything like that.)
Is there a routine to adjust the magnification / skew of the image electronically?
Also, this is using the machine as a printer. Nothing to do with the scanner unit.
