DocuColor 250 skew / distortion

I have a 250 family machine that is printing well, except the image isn't QUITE square. By this I mean, if on an 11x17 sheet you print a rectangle that fills the print area, 10.5 x 16.5, it is slightly distorted /angled on one of the short edges... This started happening with this machine suddenly, and I always use only one brand of paper in it, so I'm pretty sure something got out of whack electronically. (It doesn't appear to be the paper physically slipping or anything like that.)

Is there a routine to adjust the magnification / skew of the image electronically?

Also, this is using the machine as a printer. Nothing to do with the scanner unit.

Electronically is magnification / registration adjustment.
For skew you need to check registration transport mechanism.

It's not the normal type of skew. I tried to take a picture, but it doesn't come out in a picture well. So I made an illustration...

I've created a 11 x 17 (SEF) and 8.5 x 11 (LEF) example. The gray area represents the printed image. Everything prints perfectly well, except one edge is kicked in a little bit. It isn't "cut off", it is squished inwards. And it isn't just one color, it is the entire image.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Check 2nd btr and backup roll in IBT assy

It is the trail edge where the skew is seen.
First check how the image looks on belt. You have more chances to see whole A4 image on belt than A3 image.
Also check if IBT assy is always close in same position without clearence.
If all these are ok then check the 2nd BTR as copytech said
