Xerox WorkCentre 7545 error 04-561-00, not in service manual

I have a customer that has a Xerox WorkCentre 7545. The machine displays the home screen normally, on the top of the screen saying the machine is not available, and that an error has occurred and the machine needs to be shut off. No error code is displayed. However, when the customer goes to the web interface, an error code 04-561-00 is displayed in the warnings box.

In the service documentation I cannot find any 04 (or 904) RAPs at all, neither in searchlite. I'd be thankful for any suggestions.

On the home screen the error is not shown, but in the screenshot from the web browser (sorry for bad quality) the error is shown.

I am having the same problem. Did you resolved the issues?

The problem are random sometimes it works just fine but sometimes it showed "machine is not available" with error 04-561-00 on the web ui and the machine just hard stopping. (IBT Belt Run for just one sec then stop.)

You need to go into tools and check faults, or get into service mode to check the fault code in there. The code on web ui is often different to the actual code, and there are no codes for 04 in the edoc

Thanks for the suggestions guys, unfortunately I never resolved the issue and had the machine replaced.

Prob a fairly easy fix if you would’ve got the actual fault codes. The Web interface codes never match.
