WC Pro 315, Vertical line in middle of paper

Hi,
I have xerox work centre pro 315 copier.It is showing no error messages ,no jams .... nothing.But the main problem is - it is not printing any text or picture & What ever it is, Just printing one 1-inch Broad line vertically in the midddle of paper.Ive checked the drum, toner is full & Original.Fuser,heater all are in perfect condition. I'm unable to find out what the problem is.Please Help me by posting reasonable answers.

If you are just getting this line by printing from a pc, then the data maybe corrupt, cable connections maybe loose or the ESS board has failed.

If it occurs both on copying and printing, then the MCU (motherboard) and/ or ESS board of the machine is corrupted. In this case, you have to reload the firmware; or replace the board/s as necessary.
