    Xerox IV2263N - error 092-315

    Hi All

    IV2263N popping up error 092-315 every time copy / print of 6 - 10 pages is made.

    I had to attend to this machine with the same error 4 months ago and was able to fix the machine by replacing the black drum / image unit R1 and also cleaned out the black toner pipes coming down from the black toner bottle.

    This time it's popping up the error again and I cleaned out the black toner supply pipes and had to replace R1. But the fault remained the same.

    I then removed the main drive, R1, R2, R3 and R4 clutches and cleaned plus the toner supply motors. All black waste toner and dust removed but the fault still persisted.

    I have also tried a working MCU board but still the same. Cleaning and swapping the drum crums didn't help.

    I am yet to find another working toner motor, Drum Unit clutches main drive and motors to test.

    Belt and fuser units already tested but nothing.

    The default developer adjustment in service mode gives NG, while the colors comes out OK.

    Has anyone come across this fault and was able to fix it and can also confirm if the black drum clutch component check keeps working till stop is pressed? I need help here.

    Replace :

    121K 46371 (SCC) Deve K Clutch Assembly
    and
    121K 46380 (SCC) Drum Clutch Assembly(REP 99.1.1)

    Problem solved

    Thanks for the fix. Changed R1 clutch and all is good.
