    WC5755 Factory Reset

Helping a non-profit that received a WC5755 from a business now closed. Pretty much everything is locked down and cannot get into any setting menus. Is there a way to Factory Reset on this machine so I can get it up and running for them? I'm not entirely familiar with this product so any advice is much appreciated!

Ran through them all and rebooted. Still appears some locks and retains settings. Any thoughts?

Post a picture of that screen asking for code.
You can use it by login as administrator.
    admin - 1111.

Or disable accounting from machine status- tools.

    System Software Version: 061.132.226.28000

I'm thinking there's something on here preventing me from getting into admin mode.

Thank you. Seems like I can't gain access to the keyboard to allow me to log into admin mode:

and then when I press the "Keyboard Access" button, this window runs until machine is reset...

Probably the machine was connected with authentication server.
You need to reload same software version into machine.

Will reloading the software reset the authentication settings?
