xerox 510/8850 engineering black band about 11 inches apart

Good day having a problem with an engineering printer, that is printing and copying with a black band that
can be rubbed off and is about 11 inches apart. When I cleaned the printer the black band does not appear until about five prints or copy. I have been working on this for some time now. I have replaced drum, developer, development unit, cleaning unit. Want to know if any one else has seen this problem.

dead give away ..toner not fusing to page ... check the fuser!

Thanks Phil, but the image is fine it is the black line that can be rubbed off with a little force. When I saw this I checked that the fusing web by removing it but it still copy and print with the line.

not cleaning web but the hot roller or the lamps are failing....

Thanks Phil, But I check hot roller and lamps and could not find nothing physically wrong.

so the lamps in the middle do not have detached rings?

Hi Phil,
Check fuser lamps, they are good with no rings. But I also put in a brand new fuser and still getting the same issue.

It appears that fuser is fine, I am wondering about voltage and adjustments, any thoughts.
