the machine is not available please wait ........the systeme is attempting to recover.

i upgrade the os to the laste version .same probleme .in historique incident

Check the fuser and main low voltage.

I can't find 391-973 fault code
391-928 is magenta crum fault
391-929 is cyan crum fault
change M&C crum chip or replace M&C drum cartridge.
