what have you done?
What are the page counts on the feeds in the trays?
Are you sure the size/type of paper match what is on PC?
How far does the paper move before jam?

Sounds like a knackered feed head. think they use the same heads as the 56XX and 57XX, 58XX I work on.


Replace the feed head.
