In max setup you can adjust colors.

I tried to do the max setup and to change the 2nd btr. the problem is still there. the quality of the color has improved but that problem is still there. can I change some specific settings? maybe using a patch to correct the watermark?

Atc sensor need to be adjusted only if you replace developer housing.
Perform max setup adjustment from service manual and you will be able to get proper print quality.
    Adj 9.1 to 9.5

This might be the stupidest thing ever, but what type of transparency are you using? Some transparencies are not fit to be used in this application, and they will cause issues like this.
Sorry if this was a waste of time.

Maybe I wrote the title badly. I have problems with images like watermark. When I set some images like the one in the picture in my first post, they are much more visible in print. On other machines, the same file is printed correctly.
