I might be picking up a 1st generation Nuvera 120 to "play" with a bit... It's licenses have expired. Does anyone know what it would cost to get new licenses for this model? Feel free to PM me if you have any information.
Thanks very much!

Email is best contact.
Older Nuvera is a real PIA, new ones are so much better.
It's actually turned into quite a nice machine. Took a few years.
Thanks! That's very kind.
I may pass on the machine, you and a couple of others have pointed out just how 'rough' the early Nuvera's were... And this one is earliest version.
I got nervous anyway when I saw the modification "TAG" list was a couple HUNDRED items long...! haha
In all fairness to the product,, they finally did get it right, and the new ones are strong runners.
I have some clients in Brazil who want to replace their MICR DTs and DPs with Nuvera. I have no idea if that will be possible,, but it shows the confidence they have in the Nuvera.
I was doing Docutechs when the Nuvera came out,,, quite a few went in to replace mostly 6135's. The promise of higher resolution, quieter, smaller footprint.
Those things were true,,,, but much was left unsaid.
Any number of customers insisted on getting their DocuTechs back. Belt life was only 300K back then,, and that was just one of the many issues associated with the product.
Sure,, I just did two nuveras for a client in Brazil. I need your HostID and software revision.
You can run that machine at 144 speed if you like,, the only difference between a 100 ppm and a 144 ppm machine is the license.
To get the Hostid,, easiest is Top Toolbar, Help, About
On the Nuvera, the only way to be 100% sure of the software revision is to look at the lower left corner of the License Manager. There will be a number in black there,, probably 7.1 or 7.2 for your flavor of machine.
Top Toolbar, Setup,, License Look in lower left corner for the software revision
Turn time is 24 hours after payment.
Best is to contact me via email,, JorgeXcalak@live.com
Email me for WhatsApp if you need to talk to me
Thanks for your inquiry
