My service manual says enter diagnostics, # key + access key. Enter pin 1934, hit enter. Select service info window, hfsi, then hfsi table. The fuser and xerographic module are set to replace after 400K prints. The drum is part of the xerographic module.Originally Posted by Enzo

Follow GP17 in the WC5687 Family service manual. It tells how to reset HFSI parts.
