    WC7855 Customer Mode

Customer mistakenly reset NVM,s and lost Pro Finisher on next boot. Control panel indicated non customer mode. I had him do GP29, Restore Customer Mode. After setting NVM 616-014 to 2, close DC131, selected call closeout, exit and reboot, the screen just flashed a couple of times at reboot and never entered Install Wizard mode. NVM 616-014 is still on 0. Is the software corrupted that requires a reload/upgrade, or altboot with DLM file? Screen still says non customer mode, with no finisher. Customer does not have a service manual, but will have a PWS laptop next week.

Try 616-014 to 4. Then what he said
