    Xerox Oil Dots

    Getting dots on cyan drum causing dots to appear on page.

    Replace drum and dots appear again.

    I have read that the dev bias voltage needs to be increased. Can someone provide me some clues how to do this?

    Any other suggestions would be appreciated as well.
