Xerox 7232 service mode

Good day to the wonderful engineers out there. Am working on a xerox 7232 I can't get in the service mode. I have tried the Zero ten seconds and 6789 but it never enters the service mode. Am trying to reset the NVM for a fuser error 010-333. Need help please

to inter to servive maintenance in xerox 7232 HOLD "0" BUTON FOR 5 seconds and hold green buton after inter password 6789 the NVM value to clear 10-333 IS 744-004 to 0 if this méthod don't inter in diagnostic mode you have a probleme with the IU verify that your UI work corectely
