hi fellas xerox5855 jame during exit position in stacking unit in finisher it's not realize paper size i think but after i expand staking wing with my hand it's working but after one more magazine it's sabotage again. any clue please.it's first time working in xerox .i see tray 8.5x11 i can't make it a4 thanks

thanks sir i remind that it's jame in stacking unit in finisher make paper skewor not collatrale i suspect may be paper size make finisher did't identify the measure or there is some thing wrong in finsher. thanks

XEROX HAS JAMS CODES.... you need to diagnose the codes before help can be given
