Color 550 Edge Fusing Problem on HW

I have a color 550 with fusing problem when printing on Heavyweight Paper (300gsm).

The edges (outbound) of the paper doesn't get fused correctly and the colors becomes fading.

Is there any NVM Value I need to adjust or modify in order to get fused correctly?

are you sure the driver settings are correct for the paper being run?
what is the page count on consumables?
does the toner rub off or just light?
what have you done to the machine?

you ask for a solution... but give VERY little info for us to help you.

1. The driver settings are Heavyweight Tab Stock with Gloss Mode On. Which I find most suitable for the paper we use.
2. The consumable are quite new as we have changed everything (drum cartridge, developer housing, etc.) however, the problem still persist.
3. The toner are just light at the edges.
4. We have not done anything to the machine.

What does "option bright" means?

I couldn't find those in command workstation. If you don't mind, could you please guide on how to?

sorry I find the difficulty to translate in english I try to speak in french " dans ongle image qualité tu doit cocher le mode brillant" you find that with dark or light print

Is this problem on leading edge or trailing edge? Does this happen on 20 or 24lb paper? If trailedge this might be the trail edge of paper flips as it leave the registration rollers.
