Thank you all for your help, I fixed the problme The USB port is loked so I can not load software by altboot procedure so I changed the SD card of a machine that work I load software by altboot procedure and whe the machine display remove flash drive and hold 0 to reboot I raise the power cord I handed the SD card of the machine and the machine work fine thank you
