We followed procedure and checked all sensors.
But as I told before, machine was working in BW. It getting this jam when print in color.

yes it may work in B&W mode... there isn't as much toner on the page which in turn will allow it to pass thru quicker. the found solution is the fuser exit switch actuator. It could be looking and acting fine in B&W but bomb in color mode.
Fuser is OK.
Checked in other machine, also swapped with other working.
Are you jamming after the registration unit but before the fuser unit, if so did you replace the 2nd btr?, there was a setting in nvm for that problem but can't find it now
