Good day. We have an issue with WC 3345.When sending files via network port MFP reboots. And via USB all works fine.Updated firmware with no results. Problem still exists.

There are no error codes that can cause reboots, when I ping MFP from workststion ping losescwhen unit reboots.
So to be clear it "Does" or "Does Not" reboot when you ping the MFP?
Also try different IP address for MFP and let us know what happens?
When I ping mfp it "does not' reboot. Error Log consists of jams and low toner errors, and no error codes that can cause reboot. MFP reboots when try to print via network port. Tried another IP and driver, problem still exists.
