Getting error 061-395. Checked and cleaned all drum crums, swapped drums, same problem. Can’t reset. Any clues appreciated!

Error indicates "poor" connection to the "LPH" (Magenta)

Remove and re-seat "LPH" (Magenta)

Check all connections from MCU PWB to "LPH" (Magenta)

If all connections are good, replace "LPH" (Magenta) or MCU PWB.

But before replacing open and close all connections to "LPH" (Magenta)
