dc8080/dc8002 013R00667 issue: white coat on wiper blade

There is an white substance coats wiper blade's borders at new Copy/Print Cartridge . I thought that it's some kind of lubricant for a long life but it makes problems instead.

In fact this white substance collects all type of dust and toner debris because of thickness and (mostly) hardness of a coat. There are thin color lines at the places of debris collecting and quick circular drum corruption. But if fully wipes off this coat immediately - drum and wiper goes rather good.

Q2: not sure on those models

the purpose of the wiper blade (whether on ITB or DRUM ) is to clean unused toner from that component. Are these OEM product or aftermarket?

1. It's true original cartridge from oficial warehouse.
2. I know purpose of the wiper blade. I don't understand purpose of the white coat on a blade.
