Xerox Error code

Hi,

Hope everyone is well. A client of mine has a Fuji Xerox DC II C3000 colour MFP. It was working well ever since we sold it to him as it was ex lease machine. Just recently a few error codes have popped up on the screen. The first was a 010-333 which happens to be a fuser thermistor overtemp which we happened to reset it via the NVM. Now only one error code has appeared 123-380 which from my research it appears to be a copy interface fail (ui panel) if im not mistaken. Has anyone come across this problem?

Hi guys!!

Managed to finally fix the issue. Had to reset the User system settings:

Intialize NVM > sys-USER

Solved the whole problem. Surprised that it was that simple..lol
