    Question Xerox DocuColor 240

I use mY Docucolor 240 only forr printing in black (booklet).

Now I get the message to replace a colordrum (it’s stuck), is there a way to
”skip” this problem? (I don’t need the color)

Not to the best of my knowledge.

The color drums still need to turn even tho you are printing just black and white.

I had a customer with high volume black that I had to reset his drums back to zero once a month.

Unfortunately that won't work for you because your drum is stuck. (You didn't say if you meant it just won't turn or you can't remove it from the machine)
