xerox 7755 dc 252 toner dust problem

Dear All,

whenever we try to change drum. blades and pcr for Xerox 7755 and dc252 series. after changing compatible drum, pcr drum blade when we print many times we get bad print quality from machine looks like the toner sparking all over the print.
pls help

sparking? do you mean SPECKLING?

did you powder the drum n blade when assembling?
what about the charge unit?

compatible drum... my guess compatible toner also?

did you CLEAN the machine?

did you follow the init procedures in the manual?

any error codes?

pictures of the problem prints?

yes my customer is using powder toner and compatible drums, pcr and blade,


here is the picture of the defect.

pls suggest some rectification, its major problem for all machines
vertical lines not big issue im just worried about the sparking like dots all over the print

Check bottom drum seal myler, and it could also be compatible toner causing the issue!

not powered TONER....
when putting the drum unit together... use a DRUM powder to DUST the drums and turn them before installing... powder the BLADE also -= NOT the PCR=- compat toner n drums could also be the issue
