versant 80 banding

Have a v80 with a banding issue 70mm from the trail edge that doesnt move only running black . All drums , dv units , 2nd btr assy , transfer belt , cleaning unit , 1st btrs with holders , upper fuser belt and pressure roller . This is a print shop running 13x19 14pt and 12x18 100lb coated stocks . I just swapped out drum drive units there was no change . The single colors c,m,y look fine running 325 test print . The machine has tag 13 .

Is it configured with the Tag 13 Flywheel?

Its all fixed the the hvt in the transfer unit fixed the problem
