Docucolor 700 with error 010-326

Docucolor 700 with 010-326 fault. Wiil check fuser. Can someone please give me which nvm value to set to 0. I know for 010-319 and 042-326 but not this. Frank

Was able to purchase sm today and that unlike 010-319 and some other fault codes there is no nvm value reset for the 010-326 fault. Going on call

tomorrom morning and wil check out fuser unit for thermistor etc issues.

When I arrived at machine there was a fault code 010-119. I reset the value to 0 on the specified nvm address . When I turned on machine got 010-326

Customerhad couple of good fuser units. I swapped fuser but did not alleviate problem. Someone said it was likely power sepply but i will investigate further. Frank
