Doc 12 Fiery

Have a newer type Fiery for my doc 12 and cannot get into diagnostics like the older Fiery, by holding start and number 4. I think the generic password of fiery.1 has been changed, as I cannot complete the boot up process. My edoc does not cover the newer fiery.

Looks like someone has changed the generic password from Fiery.1 on my EX12, doc12 fiery server. The screen says it has level 3 software, and I think a software reload is required to get back to the generic password. Does anyone have the software disks or data transfer on dropbox for this product?
