xerox 5765 problem

xerox 5765 show replace xerographic module . the fault code is 03-320.xerographic mudule is 220 % remaining and life is 0 day.

Sounds like nvm corruption. possibly caused by a flat battery on the NVM module.

Have the billing meters been reset also?

If so replace the nvram/software module and perform an altboot. I haven't had much luck replacing the battery on these.

If billing meters are still intact then go into diagnostics and try an NVM initialisation of the print engine. Or better yet, if NVM's have been backed up to HDD previously just restore those.
