hi techs

i have two Dc 250 machines

the first one it has a problem of double image when i print the image ll continue to appear on the paper

the second one it has the problem of alignment when i print a booklet its not align i tried to adjust but the machine doesn't have the Adjust image position on the UI

what could be the problem

It it like ghost image. If it is, it is mostly due to humidity, drum, charging & discharging process (high charge on drum OR low discharging power).
In case of alignment in back to back, what is the difference & in which direction. Also check the machine specifications, paper quality and exact size of paper.

if you are getting repeated image then it could be due to one of the drum unit.

Well if the image ghost is in one color only check up for a fault drum blade withing color drums you can interchanged it, if ghost color change walla a faulty drum , if its in all colors go check IBT belt cleaner if work on it recently probably misplaced on the IBT belt assembly on the back and last bad fuser roll or bad fuse nip adjustment if you repaired with third parties rolls. by the way don forget o revise the paper weight an quality.
