Any ideas what is the cause and actions than can be done?

I dont have the service manual...

After cooling for a night, just now I able to power it ON, and working, but after shutdown for few mins, it cannot power ON and it hang on "Please Wait" booting screen again...

I've checked the fuser unit , cleaned the themistor, checked themostat...

I've tried removed the hdd and power ON the machine but no avail...
