xerox 260 fault code 116-399

hello ,
Happy prosperous new year all.

I have used all the 4 Sequence power boot mode , changed the memory the fault is still coming.
This fault code 116-399 i has been on and off using the power boot modes but now it on permanently.
when you power up the machine it stops at the second bar the machine doesn't open the third bar (xerox),
it stays here for about 10-15 mins to display 116-399.

One other thing i noticed when this machine is powered all the Blue led lights keep on flashing up to the second bar, before they
they were not coming on.

what can i do next to clear off this fault my friends .
Am very reluctant to change the ESS HDD.

have you uploaded new firmware?
what else have you done to correct?

if HDD and ESS are recommended ... why won't you do that?

Check fuses 400, 401 on AC Drive PWBA.
Also check if available the 24 volts DC interlock voltage for main motor.
Sometimes you need to replace AC Drive pwba or front door interlock.
