Fault code 091-311 Xerox 4110

I can't boot the printer, stuck with fault code 091-311 CC cleaner motor fail

What I did so far:

1. Replaced drum unit
2. Replaced CC cleaner position sensor 930W00111
3. Replaced CC cleaner motor 127K037670
4. Replaced IOT PWB that's connected to cc cleaner motor (connector P435)
5. Replaced MCU PWB
6. Replaced flexible print cables between IOT PWB and MCU PWB

Problem still not solved, any suggestion are more than welcome.
I looked for an open wire or poor contact on wires between cc cleaner motor and IOT PWB, found nothing.
Maybe there is problem with voltage or resistance or whatever, I don't know, probably should call an eletrician to measure the values.

OK, I have changed the AC unit.
No more 091-311, but now it's stuck on booting with fault code 116-353 (HDD Physical fail).
I'm gonna look into that...

Go back and make sure you have not missed any plugs....

I've checked everything, it's all connected, so maybe it's corrupted HDD.
I've tried to initiate the HDD, but it won't let me, when I enter diagnostics that option is grayed out.

Still can't boot, but now fault code is 116-330.
If HDD is dead, do I need PWS laptop to install all over again on new HDD?

No, only replace the hdd.
Be sure the 12 volts that power the hdd is ok.

Checked the voltage, it's 12v.
So what do I need to do now regarding HDD replacement?
This bad one is hitachi ata with capacity of 41.1 gb, can I use hdd larger than 41.1 gb?
I would really appreciate if someone can write step by step instructions (do I need to save or backup anything, what software version to download, how to install)...
