WC7120 has error 093-320

Customer called with fault 093-320 on wc7120. I see that it refers to develper unit drive motor.for collor units. Is it usually one of the drum units

casing the problem and is it best to swap one at a time until error does not appear? I believe this customer has units in stock in machine area. Frank

If you put clean gloves on you can try to rotate the drums by hand, usually it's very obvious which one is stuck. Could potentially save you 2 drums.
