Double print

Hi techs I have a xerox wc 7345 when I print or photocoping its producting ghost image or its printing a double imaging but when I print or copy in black and white it coming out okey but when I print or copy in colour its not okey black is not coming out solid I have changed all four drum but stil the problem is stil there what could be the problem

Doesn’t make a lot of sense but if you have a spare fuser I’d try that to rule it out.
