Xerox 7335 Magenta problem

Hi,

I have a machine Xerox 7335 and I have a problem with a magenta toner. Suddenly machine give ma a information that toner is on 0% and need to be replaced. New toner was installed but machine still give the error of empty toner. Tray to reset with NVM but problem persist. Then I was replace bord and proble is still here…. any idea.
