Check the hinges on the DADF. There is a Bulletin out about these and where they break or become weak and then break. Make sure that the tabs, brass couplings for the DADF roller are in place correctly. I believe from memory this one has a black plastic piece to the front machine that needs to be seated correctly in place. It spins around and goes into the slot. Something in your DADF is not aligned if the hinges are not broken.
