WC7556 toner empty message on new toner

WC7556 has magenta toner empty and replace messages though new toner. Found broken coil om toner dispense pipe asm for magenta

at front of machine where gear engages. Did not take a good look at how the assembly is removed and replaced and do not see installation

info in SM. Only saw info for toner motor dispense assembly. Please advise if can be removed from front of machine without going to back of machine

I am not servicing Xerox machines exclusively certainly no expert. I had recently changed the black developer unin and developer to take care of gray

prints and copies. Your help is always appreciated and very much needed. Thank you. Frank

Yes it can be fully removed from the front. Remove the front grey cover assembly and the OCT assembly, it lives under there.
