    Xerox DC7000. Error 010-312

    Good day.

    The printer shouts that error 010-312 (Press Subsystem Fault: 010-312).
    Will someone help maybe? Thanks.

    This is a fuser belt latch motor failure error. Check the operation of the motor as well as any broken gears, or binding in that area. There is also a fuser belt latch sensor that could be dirty. Belt latch motor control is number 10-002 in DC330 component control.
