Xerox Workcenter 5755 Display Problem

Hi there,
I have a Xerox Workcenter 5755. On power-on, the display remains blank (white) and machine won't boot up. Ethernet LEDS won't show any activity.
What could be the reason for it?
Any help would be appreciate.
