XEROX DC 470 Fuser Module

I have a problem with the fuser module.

I get a information to pull out the fuser module and then firmly push it back in.
I just have a new fuser module but there comes again the information.

I`m German my english is not soooo good ;-)

Does someone know some answers or one,....
