do you have lights on PC and copy NIC post?
did you CLEAR the print Que?
did you PING the copier from a PC?
do you have any networking training?
WHAT have you done besides "trying to print"
FRANKLY this is a "Connectivity" issue and should be posted in the appropriate forum.
yes internal print
yes there is no any print job in que
yes no any problem in ping
but mostly important is why printer is not giving internal print, even printer is ready, actually i don't have another same model for cross checking
error codes?
boss printer not giving any error, printer is ready for print,but not accepting any kinda job
