HELP!!!!!! XEROX 7765 04-563-00

Hey guys need your kind help I have some nostalgia for you all...
I have a Xerox work center 7765 that does not work and there is no code on the display and no history fault. The web interface of the device shows me a status code
04-563-00 and I didn't find anything about it...
Has anyone any idea what Do with it.

That code comes up with a symbol of a boat anchor in my edoc. Sorry, couldn’t resist. If I can even add it to my edocs, I’ll take a look and get back to you.

Not looking good Kobi. I have the 7760 but not the 7765. I’m assuming they are similar, very likely the same edoc. There are no 4-5xx codes listed. I’ll see if SearchLite pulls anything up later when I have more time. Any other error message on the display?

Ther is no other messeges or faults in the machin at all.
I tried to disconnect the Lan cable and restart the machine and she worked fine after boot up. print some internal reports and made few copies she worked fine for few hours and she stopped again ...... I don't really no what to do 🤔🤔🤔🤔
