Xerox 700 error code 041-344

Any suggestion would be appreciated greatly!!! We've been having error code after error codes on our Xerox 700. The new one is 041-344. After a search online for help,
it came accross that IOT F1 is blown.


I spoke with Xerox and they send me a picture of where the correct fuse is but I can't locate it at the rear of the printer...please see attached.

Hi, Thanks for your response.

We've:
- Checked resistance value between terminals of IOT Exit Motor as recommended, approximately 3.2 ohms
- Checked resistance value between terminals of Invert In Motor as recommended, approximately 3.6 ohms
- Checked the power supply to the IOT Board, 24V
- Checked the Fuses, its ok
- Swapped door Interlocks, error remains
- Replaced IOT board, error remains

We left the front door open and turned on the printer. The printer turns on with a message and icon 'close door screen', when exit
from the close door screen, the home screen appears with COPY, NETWORK, SCAN. However, the printer wouldn't print.
We then closed the front door and an error message appeared, "Fault/error a fault has occured switch off the machine.
ensure that thescreendesappears before swithing it on 041-344"

Please any other suggestions we're out of ideas?

I double checked the IOTD at P437 and the voltage reading was 1.56v instead of 24v. What could be the cause and how do I fix it? Please help anyone!

Thanks for your feedback. I took out the LVPS and plugged it on a different power point and got 240V AC input but the output measured zero volts between P/J514-8 and P/J514-7 which is meant to be 24V DC. Please, could this mean that the Main LVPS is gone? Or, do I have to put the main LVPS back on the machine and test it to get the right DC output Voltage reading?

Finally, I found the cause of the error 041-344, 041-345, LVPS MAIN!!! The 24V power supply to the IOTD board was bridged and the error code went and after the machine was on for about 30sec a new error code came on, 0412-313. Which I think also point to the same cause, LVPS MAIN.

Please, do you know anywhere I can get a secondhand part?
