WC 5335 system error

I am not very familiar with Xerox, I have a customer that has a WorkCentre 5335 and it suddenly displayed "a system error has occurred turn off and on again". They and I have done this to no avail. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thank you in advance.

Solved. The error code was in the lower left of screen. Code 116-365. To reset, power off. Press and hold the 4, power saver and cancel buttons while turning machine back on. Continue holding those three buttons until the machine resets itself.
